Summary0003324: Ask for confirmation on delete of one or more markups
Description

Currently if the user presses the delete or delete all buttons, there is no undo available. Pop up a confirmation widget to make sure that they really want to delete the highlighted markups, with the names of the markups if possible.

Additional Information

Use the widget that provides a "don't show this dialog again" option.
