Summary0003310: Tractography Label Map Seeding "Completed with errors" prompt
Description

When trying do Tractography Label Map Seeding, when I hit apply the status shows as "Completed with errors."

It does not load the scene and the 3D viewer remains empty.

Windows 7, 32 bit user.

TagsNo tags attached.

If possible, please specify the steps to replicate this issue using the DTI data available from the SampleData module.

I could not reproduce this issue with a 32 bit slicer (nightly build 2013-08-26).


Tried the following steps:


    

  • download DTI brain
    • 

  • estimate FA
    • 

  • use editor to draw in corpus
    • 

  • run label map seeding with Use Index Space enabled
    • 



Tracts show fine.
