Description

I have tried running the DWI To Full Brain Tractography module using the DWI dataset of the Slicer DTI tutorial and got an error message at the tensor estimation step.

I am getting the same error message - i-e "Error in Diffusion Tensor Estimation" with both the DWI scan of the DTI tutorial and a neurosurgical case. I used Slicer 08-16-2013 nightly build.

Fixed on review r22350 .

It is worth noticing that there is a problem with the masking process, most probably due to the lack of padding in the DWI image. Changing the masking algorithm is, for now out of scope, so I would suggest finding a different sample DWI image

This is not entirely fixed. It seems that the problem is in how the workflow sets the input dwi volume. The first time through, the estimation works, and running again with the same volume usually works. If I select a different dwi then I get the error message listed by Sonia.
