Summary0003223: Removing fibers using "Interactive Fiber Editor" is randomly "Undone"
Description

Several users (including myself) have reported that after removing fibers, they are often randomly regenerated for no apparent reason. I have noticed that this often happens when I enter the "Save" tool to save my vtk file, and I notice that the fibers have returned.

Hi Eli,

I tried the following scenario but was not able to reproduce the problem:

  • load Fibers from .vtk
  • Enable Interactive Edit in Tractography Display module
  • use 's' to select one fiber
  • use 'd' to delete it
  • Save Data

Could you provide a reproducible scenario for this issue?
Do the fibers get regenerated after you save data or on "save Data" dialog exposure?

Hi Alex,
I can't seem to consistently reproduce the issue, though several people have experienced it. For me, the fibers have regenerated on "save data" dialog exposure.
