The error seems to be that vtk type LONG_LONG is not compiled in. I'm going to forward this bug to kitware to get suggestions.

Can be fixed (probably) by enabling types to build in VTK but would need some testing. Defer for now.

Closing. Slicer3 is not being developed anymore.
