Summary0003199: Scene view thumbnail inverts both color and orientation each time the dialog box is opened.
Description

In the SceneView module: clicking on a scene view thumnail brings up a dialogbox to edit summary & description. When closing this box with OK, the thumbnail is inverted in both color and orientation. screencast movie attached.

After a fix in r26083 (make thumbnails displayed instead of a "?" icon, on Windows), it all works well.
