Summary	0003167: cosmetics for .mrb files
Description	-it would be nice, if the mrb files were automatically associated with slicer on all supported platforms. I.e., when double clicking on an .mrb file, slicer should get started and the .mrb loaded. -in the file browser/finder/explorer, we should display an icon for mrb files. We could use the same icon that is used in the save module. The arrow in the image points to the missing icon, as opposed to slicer above, which has one.
