• bitness (32 or 64 bit)
• version of slicer (revision, binary package, developer build, ...)

I would suggest the following:

• Send an email on the developer list asking for advice

Resolving the issue - Without having more details, it's not possible to provide a solution.

I would recommend to try to install a nightly version of Slicer and re-open the issue if it is still crashing. See http://download.slicer.org
