Description

Hi,

Firstly, I wanted to thank you for making the fiber to label map function available in the nightly build version!I really appreciate it! It works smoothly too :)

While using this version, however, I have been experiencing problems with getting slicer to calculate scalar measurements. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you help debug by providing more information?

  • does it happen on the current nightly build?
  • can you reproduce this with the sample data sets?

Hi Demian,

Thank you so much for looking into this!

I have just tried running the scalar measurement analysis followed by label statistics on the new nightly built (20-07-2013) and it all works perfectly! Thank you so much! I have tried it on various samples.
