Summary0003117: Random crashes
Description

CropVolume module frequently crashes on Windows 7 64-bit. Unfortunately this is with Slicer nightly so I don't have backtraces.

One set of steps leading to crash:

Use CropVolume to crop 4 images
Create and delete 2nd annotation ROI
switch to data module
Switch back to CropVolume -> crash

I have also seen crashes when changing volumes without leaving CropVolume.

I tried the steps (on mac), but cannot reproduce the crash. Will try when I have a chance on Windows.

Just crashed for me when deleting an AnnotationROI node from the dropdown menu.

Seems to be reproducible on win, although no hints where the problem is on the dashboard

Self-test succeeds on this win dashboard: http://trunk.cdash.org/viewTest.php?onlydelta&buildid=122441. Can you try with the tomorrow's nightly if you can reproduce the crash with the self-test on your machine?
