If such module is used, configuration should be aborted explaining the user he should download cmake version from cmake.org

A patch could also be submitted to debian/ubuntu maintainer so that "PYTHON_INCLUDE_DIRS" is appended to the list of path to search when setting "PYTHON_INCLUDE_DIRS2"

Maintainer of the Debian patch are now aware of the problem.

Since this particular issue affects only Ubuntu 12.04, 12.10 and 13.04 and there is also a documented [1] workaround consisting in build CMake with openssl support. I am closing it.
