Description

A few suggestions regarding loading data into Slicer 4:

We would like a button that gives you the option to "load data from current directory". This would open the directory that you were in when you opened Slicer in the terminal.
When you are loading multiple items into Slicer we would like the option to "Select all" of them for one item or another. For example: "Center all" or "Labelmap all"

Both of these features are available in Slicer 3.

We would also like the "add data" box to come up when loading the data from the terminal (it currently comes up if you drag and drop data from a window).
