Summary0003088: Extensions cannot be installed because of continuous refreshing
Description

Currently he extension manager is unusable on the latest stable Slicer release Slicer 4.2.2-1 (Win64): if I open the extension manager and click on the “Install Extensions” tab then the page constantly refreshing (loads all the extensions, then the whole pages is cleared and everything is reloaded, and this is repeated continuously). This is reproducible on different computers. Latest nightly works OK.

The problem is not reproducible anymore (tested Slicer-4.2.2-2013-08-28 on Win7, 64-bit).
