Summary0003080: modified GUI for import into dicom widget
Description

The out of the box behavior for the dicom widget should be to copy the data into the local data base.
Users forget to check the box and then forget that the data is not actually in the data base, but only a link.
given that the remove function is now working well, data sets can be easily removed if they do not work well.

This is fixed here in CTK at: https://github.com/commontk/CTK/pull/461 [^] and integrated in Slicer.
