Summary0003070: Default annotation glyph and text size are too big for small specimen
Description

I can;t seem to set a new default for text and glyph size. I can either do one by one, or once I created them use the option "apply to list" to change them. But I want them to be created small at first. I work on things that are 8-20mm in size and once created the glyph occupies the entire view.

Please either give an option to set a new default or calculate the default size in the light of voxel size (something like 4.5 times the voxel dimension).

The Markups module provides setting defaults and saving them across Slicer sessions.
