Summary0003030: Model to Label Map not working
Description

Hi,

When attempting to use Modules: Surface Models > Model to Label Map the resulting label map fills the whole volume (see screen capture), rather than showing a map reflecting the intersection between the fiber and volume.

I have tried both using both FA and Output Baseline images as the Input volume.
The model is a fiber bundle (.vtk file) from Tractography Label Map Seeding.
I have also tried different sampling distances from 0 - 2, and changing tractography seed spacing etc, but the results are always the same.

Someone else has reported a similar error, ID: 0001942 (http://www.na-mic.org/Bug/bug_view_advanced_page.php?bug_id=1942), however the fix suggested
(i.e. setting Sample distance to 0.10), did not work for me on Slicer 4.1.1 or 4.2.2.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this has been a severe road block to several DTI applications in our lab.

Could you please try the module in

Diffusion->Tractography->FiberBundleToLabelMap

Hi Demian,

The module Diffusion->Tractography->FiberBundleToLabelMap does not appear in our versions of Slicer4.1.1 or Slicer4.2.2. Is it supported in a different version, or available as module to download and install?

Thank you Demian! This works!

I did have to create a new fiber bundle however, as previous .vtk files did not appear as fiber bundles.
