It would be very helpful to have support for manual re-ordering of annotation children within Annotation hierarchies (specifically Fiducials).

I know that the children may not be explicitly ordered (although that would be helpful), but there is a consistent implicit ordering based on the creation sequence. We would like to be able to change this ordering manually for sample acquisition represented by Fiducials (our plotting module grabs the children in the order returned by MRML, and sometimes we would like to change this order).
