Summary	0002984: Non-hierarchy modules should not accept drag-and-drop
Description	It is currently possible to drag-and-drop annotation nodes (specifically Fiducial) onto nodes that are not hierarchy containers. Once the source node has been dropped, it disappears from the list completely and cannot be restored.

nicole 2013-09-03 12:25 administrator ~0009864	Fixed by a refactoring of the MRML scene model, reopen if you still see it being a problem with Rulers, but Fiducials are now in a table in the Markups module and can't be dragged and dropped.
