Summary	0002932: Drawing in Slicer4
Description	drawing tool seems to draw a discrete line rather than a "voxel-wide" line (like Slicer 2). A voxel-wide line makes precise drawing easier in a case where a single voxel needs to be included. It would probably be useful to have both options available.

Add a set of hotkeys per 0003002 for editor-wide functions, also new +/- control on the paint brush to adjust size while it is active.
