Summary	0002931: restrict a tract by a second ROI (Region Of Interest).
Description	The most widely applied approach in performing tractography is to seed tract from first ROI and, in second step, to restrict the tract by a second ROI. The second step was achieved in Slicer3 by 'Diffusion-Tractography-ROI select'. I can not find this option in Slicer4. Unfortunately, the 'Annotation ROI' (the box) does not do the trick. The ROIs are drawn manually on label maps and are of odd shapes.

demian 2013-03-16 04:40 developer ~0008129	This has been resolved by adding a module named "Label Select" in Diffusion->Tractography (see commit r21811) It's called "Label Select" to keep it different from ROI as ROIs in Slicer are the boxes
