Summary0002858: Problem with module 'Model to Labelmap'
Description

Hi there, the 'Model to Labelmap' module does not seem to work if the fiber bundle has been modfied in Diffusion>Tractography Display (e.g., if the fibers have been clipped using a negative ROI). Instead of just labeling the voxels through which the fibers have passed, 'Model to Labelmap' creates a giant ROI that fills the entire screen. The module seems to work fine the fiber bundle has not been modified. Many thanks, Tom Whitford

Hi Tom,
Could you try after the clipping with the ROI use the "Create Bundle From ROI" or "Update Bundle From ROI" to get a new one and then apply the module there?

Hi Demian, hope you're well!
I tried both 'Creating Bundle from ROI' and 'Updating Bundle fom ROI' and the result was the same - a giant ROI that filled the entire screen. But as I mentioned, the module seems to work fine when I don't clip the fibers (i.e., it creates a small labelmap which labels only those voxels that the fibers have passed through.

Hi Demien,
I was just hoping to follow-up on this issue. I often use 'Model to Labelmap' to calculate the average FA of tractography-defined fiber bundles, thus it would be extremely helpful to get it stable.
