Summary0002846: volume renderer does not initialize properly with multivolume
Description

NCIGT-Harvard-BWH Neurosurgical Intraoperative Image Database GENESIS
format data is a data base of MR cases in xnat central. If you import series 11 from case number 93 in this series, you are getting a multi echo MR acquisition. the dicom widget correctly identifies this as multi volume. You have to manually go into the multivolume explorer to select the image.
At this point:

  1. enable frame copying
  2. open the volume renderer, select the frame volume, and click the check box.
  3. Observe that there is nothing visible in the 3d window
  4. go back into the multivolume module and move to a different frame. No the volume rendering module is doing its work.

From Andriy - 07/01/2013: I just looked at it again, and it may be just a one-liner thing in MV explorer. I will check this before bugging Julien.
