Summary	0002831: cannot load Secondary Capture data in DICOM Module
Description	Secondary capture data that is missing key fields, like ImagePositionPatient, per slice cannot be loaded by the DICOM module. An example is the MACOESSIX data from here: http://www.osirix-viewer.com/datasets/ Although there is a 'volume' of data, it is missing the required geometry data and can't be loaded.

While is really meant to be a 2D screen capture, when you have a stack of them it is sometime desirable to load them as a volume.
