Summary0002750: Re-loading scene: transform is not applied
Description

I have a simple scene holding two images, with one placed under transform. In the MRML file, the correct LinearTransformNode is referenced by the transformed image node.

However, upon re-opening the scene, the transform is not applied. The transform matrix is re-loaded correctly, but the image is no longer under the "transformed nodes" in the Transforms module, and indeed the original image is displayed with native geometry.

Additional Information

I can't place this data in public because it is from a manuscript in progress. I'll send directly to whoever is assigned.
