Summary0002745: Minor bugs/features in midas advanced view
Description

In the advanced view from MIDAS, minor bugs make the user experience frustrating http://slicer.kitware.com/midas3/slicerpackages/view/advanced

a) Typing revision number doesn't refresh the filtering, one needs to select another option to trigger a refresh.
b) A combobox to search only Slicer package or extension is missing.
c) Maybe a filter by name to search only for a specific extension.
d) Searching by revision number of Slicer can be frustrating as sometime there is no package for a given number, searching by date could be useful.
e) Showing the revision number in the listing is great, but maybe add the date of the package as a tooltip.
f) When showing "Any" release, the filter takes some time to populate all items, maybe a "in progress" icon could show up when filtering.
g) When showing "Nightly" (or "Any") releases, experimental packages show up (icon is different from a moon).
h) Maybe a tooltip on the icon could be useful (moon = nightly, bottle = experimental)
