Summary0000269: Refresh failure when placing fiducials
Description

When placing fiducials in scene with two images, clicking image toggle button in "Manipulate slice views" pane erases the current image, but does not redraw the new image.

To reproduce:

1) Load scene with two images
2) Set view to green-only, BG to image 1, FG to image 2
3) Create fiducial list
4) Set mouse mode to place new object
5) Add a few fiducials
6a) Note that BG layer is visible in "Manipulate Slice View" pane
6b) Click "Show foreground layer" in "Manipulate Slice View" pane
6c) Do not move mouse
7) BG image will erase, fiducials are drawn, but FG image is not drawn

This is on Windows Vista, MSVC 2005, SVN head.

I believe this is the same bug that was fixed by a patch to VTK 5.2. Can you refresh VTK and slicer and try again?
