Summary0002656: tube slices do not show up on dti volume at first
Description

Must be something in the vtk rendering layer that isn't initialized right.

Steps To Reproduce
  • download DTI sample data volume
  • add fiducial
  • go to interactive seeding to make tracts
  • go to tractography display
  • as you move the fiducial or scroll slices nothing displays on the slice view (BUG)
  • now download another volume (MR-head)
  • now tube slices do show up, and you can also switch back to show the DTI view and the tube slices now show up on that volume.
Additional Information

Create line/tube/glyph FiberBundleDisplayNode while adding a FiberBundleNode
