Hi, Thank you for contacting Parallels Support. My name is Victor and I am taking ownership of this ticket. I appreciate you taking time to share with us detailed description of the issue with the Problem Report ID. From what it appears, the X Server crashes on the Linux virtual machine when running a multiple test that involves GL. Moving forward, Parallels Desktop supports Open GL, issues that may arise that involves GL Support may be resolved by reinstalling Parallels Tools which is a virtualization driver to enable the full funtionality of a virtual machine. I wish to recommend reinstalling Parallels Tools and rerun the asssesment afterwards.
Your response is greatly appreciated. Should you have any other issues involving Parallels Desktop, please let us know and we will be with you the soonest possible time. Based on the resolution that has been sent to you, this ticket will be placed in the "Pending confirmation by customer" status. Your opinion is valuable to us, please fill in the survey which will be sent to you automatically as I change the status of your ticket. Parallels takes your feedback very seriously and each survey is reviewed carefully to identify and act on opportunities for improvement. We appreciate your time and consideration. Best regards, |
