Summary0002602: transfer function is not initialized properly for FA volumes
Description

I adjusted an FA volume as described in 0002601
upon going to the volume renderining module, the transfer function is initialized in such a way that all the used range (0 to 1) is compressed into the left side of the range and the majority of the width is taken up with red and is not useful.

When opening the threshold functionality in the transfer function, it is not possible to adjust the lower threshold to 0.01. The slider does not go below 1.

Just be clear: In this scenario, the range for both transfer function and sliders should be from 0 to 1.
ideally, VR should know this from the w/l settings.
But even if this is not the case, there should be a manual override.

How about a check box that allows the user to set the range of the transfer function to Min/max of the volume?
