Summary0002551: Tutorial 0 - Slices in 3D view are too far anterior and superior (from old scenes)
Description

Training material has multiple references to loading a scene with models and then displaying the slices in the 3D view (slicer4minute.mrml, Scene-liver.mrml). Slices appear too far anterior and superior relative to the models. These are old scenes, version is simply "Slicer4".

slicer4minute.mrml has centerImage="1"

Changing the mrml file to have centerImage="0" fixes the issues. Slices appear in the Slice viewers. Field of view doesn't need to be reset. Slices are in the right place in 3D. Clipping works.

Steve's commit r21030 which reverted r20137 fixed the issue with centering.

The old scenes (slicer4minute.mrml and Scene-liver.mrml) now work as expected.
