New archive needs to be created with scene view snap shots.
Testing is being added to Applications/SlicerApp/Testing/Python/AtlasTests.py

Added to testing: iterating over model hierarchy nodes and scene view nodes, as of svn 20990.

Renaming scene views is causing an infinite loop.

svn 21015 avoids a crash when manipulting the 3d view after a scenen view restore.
svn 21016 should fix the infinite loop when renaming.

Old style scene snapshot nodes in the testing mrb are no longer being converted into scene view nodes.
Not sure why, but the CMake var MRML_SUPPORT_VERSION was set to 4 instead of 3 in my cache. Resetting and rebuilding.

Uploaded a new version of the mrb with scene view snapshots. svn 21230 uses the new mrb in the Knee Atlas Test.

Added delayDisplay calls after making changes to the model heirarchies so that the renderer can respond during the running of the tests. svn 21231.

Since MRB and sceneview are not required to run the tutorial, these issues are considered resolved.

Nicole, make sure to provide archive with MRML file(s) and data in a archive file that could be used after being extracted.

Is there anything to update on the 4.2 branch ? Self test may be ?

No update needed, new revision of the mrb uses the same url.
The tests for all atlases are already in place and running nightly or as self tests via the AtlasTests.py file.
