The tutorial refers to ABC Slicer3.6 extension that I could not find in Slicer4

The ABC extension has been ported to Slicer4.

However I cannot complete the tutorial as described in:
http://wiki.na-mic.org/Wiki/index.php/File:TBISegmentation_TutorialContestSummer2011.pdf

since the atlas folder is missing in the data:

Can you engage the clinical expert to obtain a complete data set ?

The data for atlas can be found in:

The remaining issue is converting slides to slicer4.
Andrei Irimia <Andrei.Irimia@loni.ucla.edu> supposed to work on it.

Based on Alex feedback during October 30 hangout, the tutorial is working as expected.

If there are issue associated with the ABC extension itself, consider submitting on the extension issue tracker. That said, my understanding is that the tutorial is using data already pre-processed by ABC module.

From Marcel:

Hi Alex,

No one to my knowledge. The tutorial slides you sent are from the UCLA
folks. I won't be able to update that file since I don't have the
source and I don't know the details.

Assuming that conversion went smoothly, everything should work exactly
the same so we can keep the old tutorial. If you want to have the
pictures updated for Slicer 4, I would suggest contacting Andrei
Irimia: andrei.irimia@loni.ucla.edu

Regards,
Marcel

// --------------
From Ron:

Hi,

We should actually ask Andrei Irimia about the update. I am cc'ing Andrei.

From Jack Van Horn (UCLA):

That's a good point about Slicer4. Andrei and I will discuss.
