Summary0002501: Single volumes are detected as MultiVolume images during DICOM loading
Description

Recently we have problems reading MRI and CT DICOM volumes with
Slicer, because by default the MultiVolume module is selected as
reader. We can deselect the MultiVolume and find and click the loading
as a Scalar Volume, but it’s quite inconvenient and time consuming to do so.

Would it be possible to improve the detection mechanism and return
with a high "confidence" value from the examine function only if the series is definitely a time sequence?
Maybe only return a high confidence value if you find multiple slices
at identical location acquired at different times.

Here is a sample image that is incorrectly detected as MultiVolume:

a critical issue was fixed in r21337, please use that to test. I will need to update 4.2 branch once I figure out how to do this. Let me know if this fixes the problems you had.
