Summary0002485: mrb does not configure modules properly
Description

The fetal brain multivolume mrb is in ronsexamples. The scene contains a customized transfer function and was configured to play the timeseries as a movie. Upon loading all the data is there, but the volume renderer is not properly configured. I had to open the inputs section and to manually select the proper transfer function.

Fixed in r21048:

A new scene must be created because the content of the current one is false (bad precision). Please don't reuse the .vp files either.
Maybe r21048 doesn't fix the issue entirely, so feel free to re-open if needed.

It seems to be working as it should.
Here is what I do:

  • Start Slicer
  • Add Data, load mrb file
    -> In the 3D view, the Volume Rendering of the brain is similar to the screenshot in "Scene Views" module.
  • Open Volume Rendering
    -> 3D view becomes empty because VR can't render MultiVolume
  • Select volume XXX_Frame_14
    -> 3D view now volume renders correctly the brain.

Can you please provide a detailed workflow for your issue? Thanks.
