Summary0002425: Scalar bar colors do not correspond to real values
Description

Having a fixed scalar<->color mapping would be an important feature for many applications (thermography, radiotherapy). Currently if the user accidentally clicks&drags the mouse over the image then the mapping is not valid anymore.

There should be a flag for each colormap ("quantitative", "absolute", "fixed lookup", or something similar name):
-Display scalar bar shall be enabled if and only if the colormap "fixed" flag is enabled
-Window width/level of the associated volume shall be locked (to identity) if the colormap "fixed" flag is enabled
-In the color swatch list the lookup values shall be also displayed (now only index, color swatch, label, and opacity are displayed) if the colormap "fixed" flag is enabled

This will be a good feature to add, but I won't have time to work on it for 4.2.
