Summary0002381: color of glyphs on slices looks wrong
Description

When glyphs are in color by orientation mode, they should be the same color as the color by orientation view of the tensor volume.

Still looks wrong to me - there are clearly some glyphs that are in low FA areas, but they appear as bright glyphs. It seems a different mapping is being used than in the Color by Orientation mode - something that makes all the glyphs bright when they arguably should not be. The result is that you get bright green/red/blue balls in spots that are essentially isotropic.
