Confirmed that this is an issue for mac, but does not happen for me on linux (Aug 9th build can install skull stripper extension).

On mac the install fails with this message:

ctk::copyDirRecursively: Failed to copy nonexistent directory "/Users/pieper/Desktop/Slicer.app/Contents/Extensions/CLIExtensionTemplate/20737-macosx-amd64-CLIExtensionTemplate-svn20737-2012-08-09/Slicer.app/Contents/Extensions/CLIExtensionTemplate"

Should be fixed by r20843. Tomorrow nightly will confirm it

Andrey tested with today's nightly build and the skull stripper worked as an extension.
