Description

From Andras:

In the extension manager when I click on the extension it doesn’t have any tutorials (“There are no tutorials for this extension”). Where can we specify the tutorial?

Tutorial section is not available anymore, the idea is to simply advertise the extension in the catalog. If the user want to learn more about a given extension, he could click on the homepage link.

It works well - tested on Slicer 4.2.0-2013-05-16 on Win64.
