Summary0002319: unable to run Slicer.exe as it crashes due to an unknown error
Description

I've built the Slicer.v4 on my windows 7 successfully, but the problem is that the slicer doesn't work at all, in fact when I run the slicer.exe, a command window showing an error appears for a couple of seconds and then both of them ( the command window and slicer ) will be closed, the error says : .../bin/debug/slicerApp-real.exe exit abnormally - Report the problem
I found a similar issue with a slightly different error here :

but the instructions for solving that issue didn't work for me as there is no python26.dll in the system32 on my windows, any idea to solve this issue ?

Can you run:

1) .\Slicer.exe --launcher-version

2) .\Slicer.exe --help

3) .\Slicer.exe --disable-cli-modules --disable-loadable-modules --disable-scripted-loadable-modules

If you build, with the following options, do you still have the issue:

1) Slicer_USE_NUMPY to OFF

2) Slicer_USE_PYTHONQT_WITH_TCL to OFF, Slicer_USE_NUMPY to OFF

3) Slicer_USE_PYTHONQT to OFF
