Summary	0002311: Panning a slice hard to control and doesn't propagate to link logic
Description	Panning a slice is no longer linked directly to the mouse position (so one cannot pick up the image at a specific pixel and have that pixel's location follow the mouse). Also, the pan operation is no longer propagating to the other slice viewers with the same reformation and linking on.

millerjv 2012-08-20 13:06 developer ~0005637	I'd look at how panning used to be done and see if those equations can be used. Panning used to very much have a feel of "pickup the image at the mouse and sliding to the new location of the mouse". Now it is like balancing on the end of pole.
