Summary	0002306: panning in slice view - cursor does not 'stick' to image
Description	From bug 2261 Translation also behaves differently from the Tcl code, as the cursor and the window are not moving in sync (i.e. the cursor does not stay on the image structure that was initially clicked as opposed to the behaviour in the Slicer 4.1.0 binary)
Additional Information	This may be due to the changes in the reslice pipeline - Alex can you look into this.
