As depicted on the enclosed screenshot, the documentation has been generated on the factory, the issue is probably related to the script in charge of download and then extracting the documentation on the web server.

Zack: I just repaired this link in the chain. The problem was that factory-ubuntu's host key had changed. The script that copies the doxygen tarball from factory-ubuntu to public now works as intended. I presume that there's another cronjob on slicer.org that pulls from this location?

Jc: Would it be possible to manually run the script so that the documentation is updated ?

Zack: I just ran the "pull" script on slicer.org. This completes the doxygen update chain. Take a look & let me know if anything seems wrong to you.
