Summary0002302: add support for multiple desktops to slicer on mac
Description

on the mac, applications visible on the dock have a menu under options to allow to move an application to the current dock. Slicer does not. See attached images.

We should also consider to enable full screen mode from the right-hand corner of the title bar of slicer.

I have literally zero idea how to do this ;)

How should this be prioritized in comparison to other outstanding issues? (DICOM, Editor, etc...)

I checked this and for me at least the option is there (see attached image). I did some searching and people report this feature of Mac OS might be buggy:

I remove the flag that targets this for a release. I am tempted to close it as unfixable since I don't see that it is a slicer issue...
