Summary0002175: Some modules failed to install
Description

When I install the latest version of Slicer in the win32 platform, I could‘n find some modules in the "All Modules" option. Then I opened the "Modules settings" option in the "Application Settings" option, I found some modules failed to install.
This is the list of the modules which failed to install: ChangeTracker, DataProbe, DICOM? DICOM2FullBrainTractography, DICOMDiffusionVolumePlugin, DICOMScalarVolumePlugin, DICOMSLicerDataBundlePlugin, DiffusionTensorScalarMeasurements, DiffusionWeightedVolumeMasking, DWIToDTIEstimation, Editor, EMSegmentCommandLine, EMSegmenter with Atlas, EMSegmentTransformToNewFormat, Endoscopy, GrayscaleModelMaker, LabelStatistics, MultiVolumeImporter, PerformanceTests, PETStandardUptakeValueComputation, ProbeVolumeWithModel, SampleData, TractographLabelMapSeeding, WebGLExport.

If this is still an issue, can you start up Slicer with the --verbose-module-discovery command line option and include the full output here?

The module listed in the description are available when installing the latest nightly.
Re-assign if this is still an issue. Close otherwise. Thanks
