Summary0002133: crash installing extension (skull stripper)
Description

Downloaded and installed fresh build (May 28, 2012).

Opened extension manager. Initially blank dialog. But eventually it was populated.

Tried to install the Skull Stripper.

Got crash shown in attached image.

BUG: Show progress while extensions manager web page are loading.

While the root cause of the issue should be identified (it's probably due to user clicking on install button while page is still loading), showing the progress will be helpful in providing feedback and hopefully delay the moment when the user will click on the install button.
