Summary0002124: Saving into a new directory creates a bad mrml file
Description

I decided to save a mrml file into a new directory.
-load a scene from somewhere
-click on the save icon
-select all, create new folder as target for the save.
-save and exit slicer
-load the scene from the new directory
-bring up the save dialog
See attached: several of the files point to older versions of the scene in other folders. The save succeeded as you can see from the listing in the folder, but it seems that the pointers in the mrml file were not updated at all.

Ron, I tried several times but could not reproduce this problem on my Windows machine. Does it still happen for you?
