Summary0002112: Need to allow changing fiducial properties all at once in a fiducial list
Description

Make fiducial list (now implemented as annotation hierarchy) properties (fiducial color, size, type, etc.) adjustable at once, for all fiducials that are in the hierarchy (it was available in Slicer3).

svn 20860 adds in settings in the hierarchy node annotation properites widget, iterating over annotations in heirarchies to set text and glyph scale, and glyph type

Thanks for the fix. Set text and glyph scale, glyph type, color in "Modify Annotation Properties" dialog works well.

Show/hide button in in "Modify Annotation Properties" dialog is not applied to the hierarchy.
Possible options:
-clicking the button should show/hide all child annotations
-remove or disable the button
-apply the show/hide to the hierarchy node only (only if the button actually does something)

Tested on Slicer-4.1.0-2012-09-03-win-amd64.exe.

The collapsed/expanded functionality isn't working correctly in the annotations module, so I'm going to go with hiding the button on the hierarchy display properties dialogue. svn 20926.

Thank you it works correctly now. Tested on latest nightly Slicer-4.1.0-2012-10-05-win-amd64.
