Summary0001974: Package name / Slicer_BUILDDATE should be associated with last commit date instead of the current date of the day.
Description

As of today, the build date associated with linux package is different from the build date associated with windows and macosx build whereas there are build from the same code base / commit.

Additional Information

Instead of using SlicerFunctionToday, the variable Slicer_WC_LAST_CHANGED_DATE set by SlicerMacroExtractRepositoryInfo could probably be used.
