Summary0001952: camera position after loading scene
Description

It used to be that when I loaded/restored a scene, the camera position was set to where it was when the scene was stored. This is not the case any longer.

load data, save a scene after rotating the 3D viewer away from default, exit slicer, restore the scene.

This is the default behavior when "adding"/importing a scene. If you "load" a scene instead, the camera is correctly restored.
For information, when a scene is "added"/imported, its camera node is "added" into the scene, but it is not set to "current'

We have standardized on the add Data button for all non dicom loading. The above should be the default behavior, with not updating the camera as an option.

It is important that we present the end user a single load option with assumptions what they might want and everything else under advanced. The situation in Slicer 3 with many different options was not good.
