1. Control-left click to select fiducials in the Annotations GUI, then click on the trash can to delete them.

2. Hold down the shift key and left click to select a group of fiducials, then while still holding down the shift key, left click on the selection to drag and drop it.

3. What do you mean by rank?

1 + 2: Thank you for this hint. But the checkboxes make it counterintuitive. They give the sense to make a multiple selection possible.

3: The ranking: if you use fiducial registration the rank of the fiducials is important (to match 9 fiducials they have to be in the right order). So an ordering system for the fiducials would be handy.

Need to re-enable "move fiducial up/down" button if drag and drop not enough.
Order of fiducials is respected when passed to CLIs now.
